Katman
As Woolworths will soon be gone. A large prime site empty shop will remain, hopefully to be filled in the not too distant future. What do you think should go there? what do you think will go there? and what do you not want to go there? Me: Maybe a combination of Currys on one floor and PC World on the other. M&S might buy it and move their food hall into the ground floor and their household into the other. I don't want to see it as a giant coffee house. Millman
PC World  Fantastic if you want outdated and over priced hardware sold by barely post pubescent morons who have never seen a computer in their lives. I would like a giant sports bar (run by a brewery from across i.e. run properly) on the ground floor and a retro 80's \ 90's style night club upstairs (over 21's only) called Munters (suits the clientèle on this island don't you think). What we will get is as has been mentioned is yet another coffee shop and more desperately unneeded apartments upstairs.
slinkydevil
ManxLand Theme Park all your favourite MHK characters, dare you ride the adrenaline rush of the Horse Drawn Roller Coaster. Due to unforseen circumstances some rides are not open yet, but will be completed at extra cost (eg. Bouncy Peel Castle has over run by £40million) . Pic 'n mix still available. Rocketman
Blacks, Cotswold, Tiso etc i.e a proper specialist outdoor clothing and equipment store ! Our fiddly little Peter Storm shop ( Millets) doesnt cut it on an Island promoting sport and outdoor pursuits. Think of all the tents, stoves, sleeping bags, waterproofs they'd sell at TT for a start !
