Xko, What Is Happening There?

a friend of mine works there but unless you can give us a hint as to which particular story you are referring to its quite difficult to give you any info....

 

There has been a suggestion that they (don't know if it's local or UK) have having some money troubles, they were until a few days ago listed on the FTSE but have moved the shares to AiM.

 

This coupled with about 20 of the staff turning up at a local employment agency.

 

These are the 'stories' that I have heard, but there may be others.

 

Edited to add:

The share move might just be a market move, and the 20 staff maight have been there on a big job.

 

just thought that I should sound less like the harbinger of doom

Gvt are looking to recover the cost of 2 days e-mail down time from either XKO, HP or MS.

Anyone who has ever read a MS EULA will know that they will not be able to reclaim from MS.

Can't see how HP can be held accountable for the removal of 'shortcuts' as reported in the Examiner.....

But I would also assume that there would be a clause in the contract with XKO covering XKO's SLA with Gvt?
