It's simple, you just don't replace the person who was doing the job before as it becomes a non-job. If the cost of automation was greater than the cost of employing someone then I'd agree.

Is it IOMG's or Manx Care's intention to actually set up an online in-app facility? If not, what are the reasons for not doing it, GDPR, IT constraints or capability, other legal issues, what? Or are the GMP going to have to use workarounds forever?

How often are the white roundel lines expected to be repainted?? And who will pay for it? DBC or GMP? Or is this another project where maintenance hasn't been thought through properly?
