So how does all of this (P&O excepted) fit with the rest of the Irish Sea ferry operators? ETA: Stenaline is 14 on/14 off & 13 hour shifts. I have yet to find SeaTruck details but I imagine they'll be the same. -

So there's a choice. One week or two weeks on/off. Seems reasonable to me and probably better than most others working in the industry. -

I think it was a big mistake when DHSC/DOI did away with the Red Cross patient transport service. From a procurement point of view that was a bad move.

I've said this before. The income from the companies, boat and air registries are credited to DfE budget. Why?? Whilst they have money coming into their budget there'll be no real scrutiny of what the money is spent on.

IOMG have not understood what HA's are for and so whatever scheme(s) they draw up (as an arms-length project) will be doomed to failure. -
I'm afraid I won't be using EZY any time soon. I don't particularly dislike them but at the moment their inability to stick to the schedule doesn't suit me. I need to 'work' with companies that I can trust. Right now that's not happening.
