FCMR Posted February 11, 2006 Share Posted February 11, 2006 The document states its costs paid out up to 28 April 2004, how much more has been spent up to date on this project and if and when it gets the go ahead will these cost be doubled due to the delays, in otherwords the surveys are out dated ?????. Most people complain about the prices that builders charge for the construction works or that of the subcontractors, the fact is the builders and subcontractors struggle to meet the budgets set by these so called profesionals that have allready had the cream of the contract. I would like to see the final cost charged by some of these profesionals after the job is complete, I would bet it could be a further £1 million.
