The Details: - 4 bedroom semi, pretty large, on the South Quay in Douglas (3 minutes walk to Atholl Street) - Residential parking outside (A-permit area) - Sundeck (ok, it's some sort of terrace on stilts, but it's good in the summer..) - Large uphill garden - Gas central heating - Gas cooker - Washer/dryer + extra dryer - Broadband Internet - Furnished As it has 2 rooms on each floor, I guess it's best to divide it up by floors, so two rooms are available. The house is not in as good a condition as it could be, although fine for the summer, and cheap because of that. New contract starts 01/04 and runs for 6 months - I'm thinking of moving after that, but the house would still be available to rent I guess. No big deposit required. 1/2 a huge house in central Douglas - all yours for £ 325per month + bills, which are ok during the summer Oh, and I'm easy going and mostly working anyway...
