Ean
I appreciate that chart success doesn't equal quality, but this is the Isle of Man...when SFA played the Villa (one of the most critically acclaimed bands of the last 10 years) it was less than half full. That gig was poorly timed, i know a lot of people who would have gone (self included) but had gone back to university a few weeks before. With a band like SFA students would have made up a large part of the audience for any of their gigs. Can't wait for Lou Reed, certainly a big name for the Isle of Man. Yes they will play some of his best songs like heroin, etc. I was a massive Lou fan in my youth and most of his stuff was about drug taking, so expect an interesting night at the Villa. I bet the Villa are sh-ting themselves now!
Dontlookbehindyou
I'm hoping to see Lou Reed when he's over, I'm not so bothered about Alice Cooper.
Lonan3
...whereas most people will know something by Morrissey or the Smiths. Yep! Which is why most people would prefer to go and see Alice Cooper or Lou Reed.
