I understand that includes doing the TT, CTT and MGP (although not explicitly stated in the report) for which DoE paid them c£120k this year, so overall, it's actually less Govt cash. the stinking enigma
The only presenters I'm not overly keen on at manx radio are all the ones that aren't named Alex Brindley Edited October 7, 2019 by the stinking enigma

So has Corky gone altogether? No Triple Gold anymore, either? What has he done to upset them? It certainly can't be the amount they pay him. I could understand it if there was going to be a complete new sound on the station with lots of new voices, but everyone else is exactly the same crew. It reminds me of the "cuts" in the rest of government where they have slashed the poor buggers on least money who actually do the work to the bone, but continued with the gravy train at the top.

I listen to most of the 9-10pm programmes and may have to add a few more minutes to that quota at the end of his show.. Oh and Stu, I hope you use a gentle transition from those evening programmes into your show. It took Mr Wint a few years to realise that people weren't just tuning in to listen to the Great Andy Wint Show'*, but were enjoying the end of those evening sojourns away from the usual Manx Radio DJ-ism.' */Sarcasm Edited October 8, 2019 by gettafa
