TheScope
I won't be going, I can't stand blues. Have enjoyed the festival the last couple of years, mostly due to the diversity of what was on offer. The music of Blind John McDead is not, however, enough to draw me to the wilds of Laxey this year.

sirdick
I find after a few beers in the sun blues music is quite nice and fitting, I don't think this festival would work in any other village. I totally understand the organisers decision for shrinking the festival and although blues isn't my kind of music I find it's nice to get away from the usual stuff once in a while. Man in the mask
The blues fest cancelled? No way. It's run by the most resilient crowd there is. Shouldn't they be running everything?
