Utah 01
I see that petrol has gone up 3 pence per litre (a 1p then 2p rise) in the past week. Has anybody who has been on the mainland recently noted a similar increase or is the Manx fuel cartel beginning to fund their summer hols?
Albert Tatlock
As of 8 April 2006 the average price of Unleaded 95 petrol in the UK was 91.4p. See UK Petrol Prices If you are planning your journey and intend to fill up at motorway services stations be prepared to pay over 98p/£1.04 a litre. Surely a wind farm near Tynwald could solve all of the islands energy problems.
