It's supplied free with every R plate and causes involuntary actions such as: - Accelerating hard up to a couple of inches from the car in front, backing off to a safe distance and then doing it again. - Driving a couple of inches from the car in front whilst craning neck and drifting over the white line, even if you can't overtake 'cos something's coming anyway. - Overtaking at the very last minute to prevent that "wanker in the Volvo" "winning" the race where you are the only participant. It also in some cases causes the car stereo to play loud gangsta rap and R & B and also causes the occupiers of said car to talk in an African-American type dialect despite being of white middle class parentage.
