Interviews with inward investors, street surveys with workers, residents and tourists to Douglas are yet to come. The isssue that was raised more than any other about Douglas was dog mess. "Nothing appears to be done about it"...no surprise there then.... Street cleanliness/littering and vandalism were next followed by chewing gum and cigarette litter. Already employed are two bye-law inspectors and an Enforcement Officer and the suggestion is to deal with the dog mess problem is to employ dog wardens!!!! note the plural!!! FFS!!!
