Are we saying that poor behaviour is acceptable outside of the world cup schedule? Why can't we just kick the dickheads out of the pubs all year round? Raising the age limit to 21 is one way of doing it but there are plenty of drinkers over 21 who cause problems. I wouldn't have liked to have waited til I was 21 to have a drink in a pub either especially as I could drive or get married before I was 21.
