I know what you mean. When I worked in London I used to doodle three legs symbols on the duct-work and stuff,in false ceilings and the like. Quite a few times I had to do some quick explaining as to what they were Even so far as to getting my plastic pound note out of my wallet to prove that what I was saying was true.
