Okay, a few recent ones i've seen people do

Jessica Rabbit (red dress, ginger wig, red lipstick)

The Spice Girls (Guys seem to go for this one as well, in fact i think you should get some of the guys on here to do it with you!)

Smurfs and Oompa Loompas (i think that one has to be a group of you, a lonely oompa loompa or smurf is a sorry site)

Superwoman

Marilyn Monroe

Still debating on the fancy dress but spice girls is definitely a no no...its enough with the Take That revival right now without dragging out the spice girls :P
