Theskeat
I would like to know. This property was not advertised and Dazza was not the sitting tennant so who told him it was for sale and why. OK Corky was on a two week holiday but those of you that have bought property will know these sort of sales take a lot longer than two weeks to complete, so how can Ned say he knew nothing about it. Goverment policy is that at least three tenders are required if taxpayers money is involved, so why was this not done. How can they say that the property was sold for more than its worth, who put the value on it and what relationship if any to Dazza or Ned. A value of £220k for this property and the large plot of land behind make the sale to Government of the IOMSP site at £8million a joke. I see someone else John Shimmin is taking the rap for this, bit like Neds wife
