manxchatterbox Posted July 19, 2006 Share Posted July 19, 2006 heard an i/view the day before yesterday on MR with CM in the USA and it was said that the IOM has ratified an agreement with the USA.... did anyone else hear the interview ? what have we signed up to??? but perhaps we should be thinking that as there are two sides to an agreement..whats in it for the IOM ? and (bearing in mind the case of the NatWest 3) has the USA ratified its side of teh agreement?
