We have a small room available in our spacious house in Wood Green, North London - 2 mins to tube (Picadilly line - 15 mins into central london), clean modern house, with communal front room with TV/DVD/Video/Playstation. 2 min walk to shopping city, high road, buses, cinemas, pubs etc 3 professional people already living in the house (2 girls incl me and 1 man). quiet and safe (ish) area! Wood Green dosen't have a great reputation but our street is okay and we live right near the high road so well lit! The room is small/medium and the rent is £290 per month excl bills that are approx £40 p month (council tax,water,elec and gas) Broadband internet available. Friendly and homely house with respectful and sociable people. Would be ideal for a Manxie moving to London ( would be taken care of and welcomed!) Any students moving to London want to come over now and get the best part time jobs as well as cheap digs?? PM me if interested!
