What you have in fact done MCB is talked to some bell-end that despite claiming to work in finance does not understand how their share save / share option scheme works. No point in moaning that your not getting shed loads back. Read the terms and conditions. Its hardly a "scoop" some bank-worker nob (sorry financial expert) that does not understand what they signed up to.

manxchatterbox
more news coming in is that the Barclays mortgage team is supposed to be eight people but is currently running on just three...with a work load that is growing daily and service delivery levels slipping....staff are off with stress and no one is doing anything to bring in cover and help reduce the work load.. ..this is what happens when they only have an HR department based in Poole...and a boss that sits up in Eagle Court and has lost touch with the shop floor...how long before the spinning plates fall off the canes and he gets moved on??
