Words are heomorraging quicker than thoughts can supply them putting huge strain on the patience of those wishing to discuss newsworthy topics. manxchatterbox Posted September 5, 2006 Share Posted September 5, 2006 but I don't think the forum bye law enforcement officer is a retired policeman collecting a police pension as well as now something like an extra £30grand a year for sitting behind a desk instead of being out doing some enforcing on miscreants whose charges leave white and brown dog poo...then again the forum enforcement officer will have ambitions....
