If you're not happy with the service or food - Complain right there and then otherwise they carry on with the attitude and think they can get away with it. Plus it's a giggle

 

It's difficult to get staff I suppose unless they are young but they need to be trained and told whats expected of them by the employer or manager other wise untrained people with a bad attitude are talking face to face with your customers and that's a nightmare and bad for business.

 

If you think that's bad service just go to Burger King at Liverpool airport they are the masters of service with an attitude straight from the 'I don't give a sh1t' college based in Merseyside
