Plus it's a giggle It's difficult to get staff I suppose unless they are young but they need to be trained and told whats expected of them by the employer or manager other wise untrained people with a bad attitude are talking face to face with your customers and that's a nightmare and bad for business. If you think that's bad service just go to Burger King at Liverpool airport they are the masters of service with an attitude straight from the 'I don't give a sh1t' college based in Merseyside Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
