Addie
From http://www.manxradio.com/readItem.aspx?ID=...mp;cate=General Today is the final chance to make sure you are eligible to vote in next month’s general election. Many concerns have been raised about the list of voters and the number of people registered to vote has reportedly dropped by around 18 per cent, because of change in the registration system. You can find out whether or not you’re on the list by contacting the electoral registration Unit at the Treasury on 685749. Help is at hand for residents in the north of the Island wanting to find out. Copies of the electoral lists for Ramsey, Andreas, Bride, Lezayre and Maughold are available for public inspection at Ramsey Town Hall.

Declan
Brilliant! You spend all this time telling the Government and everybody else how to do their jobs. But the one time in five years anyone actually asks you, and it can make a difference - you fucked up. So from launching a political party and with yourself as potential Chief Minister to non-voter in a couple of months! Still at least it means you can mercilessly rip into whoever is elected safe in the knowledge that you didn't put them there.
