I'm sure if they were installed properly they wouldn't vibrate, and if you were going to install one of these things you probably wouldn't hear it as you would already have double glazing. Also, why would you be up at 4am? - If you're having a party I'm sure there would be some music on, loud enough to drown out any perceivable noise (from the turbine & complaining neighbours??
