I must admit I tend to laugh at how over the years all these plans pop up to "breathe new life" into Jurby, but it still ends up being a complete sh*thole. Its sad but if your looking for a cheap house as a first time buyer Jurby is going to be your only option. Mind you - better that than some wankey studio flat on Douglas prom for £120,000.
