Chinahand Posted November 9, 2006 Share Posted November 9, 2006 I remember when I was in China having a coffee break debate about whether Jiang Zemin was the King of China and whether the Queen or Cheri Blair was the First Lady of the UK. The fact Gelling's called His Excelency the Prime Minister of the Isle of Man isn't a big deal. Chief Minister - Prime Minister ... He's touting for business and raising the profile of the Isle of Man internationally. Something I think is important.
