Billy One Mate
Must have gone back to finish the job off and put all them planning issues right. FCMR could I have the snooker table if that room has to go. (this comment was made in jest and does not mean to infringe any subjudice ruiling, it is also not a threat to nick the snooker table)
Observer
Of course... because we don't even know if there is a snooker table... or a poker room.... Humourous conjecture :-) If there was a pin ball machine though I'd be very keen to take it off your hands? Much teeheeing.
lectro
We have been notified by the Advocates for Mr & Mrs Corkill that they are to return our tools and equipment to us on the 16th November 2004 after being in their possession for over 12 months. Hope you're going to charge them for the long term "hire" of the equipment
crumlin
In May this year a motion was put before Tynwald to have a Select Committee to investigate all aspects of Planning Procedures and Tourist Board Grants at Ballacain for Ned. The Motion was put By David Cannan and Ned backed up by Phill Gawn said in Tynwald that he was all for this hearing for the sake of showing Honesty and Transperency to the Manx Public. From a leaked Document to the President of Tynwald 7 May 2004, From the Advocates acting for the Neds. In our opinion therefore, by the actions of G C Construction bringing in the involvement of Planning Authorities and the Department of Tourism over the Grant aid these are relevant issues to the matters that are now before the High Court and therefore the whole question of the development of Tourist accommodation at Ballacin is before the High Court and therefore sub judice at this time. We therefore bring this to your attention as we do not believe that it would be appropriate to have a Select Committee at this time to investigate the matter. ---------------------------------- Why would Ned tell the Public he wants a Select Committee to investigate and then have his Advocates stop it.
