x-in-man
Who many gigglewotzits of power were 'lost'? Can you 'lose' electricity? Were did it go? Is it still rolling down a hill somewhere? Hiding in a garden shed? Has anyone checked to see if it boarded The Boat, or a plane? Surely they meant to say - the profits on X amount of electricity were lost.
