Robin Hood Posted December 16, 2006 Share Posted December 16, 2006 Quite right. You often hear of 'driven by a Douglas woman' etc but they never give the name unless they are charged with an offence. No names from police or any services now. You have to get the court lists and put 2+2 together. When they announce the details in court, you can confirm what you already suspected. But no decent reporter will go on anything until they have it confirmed. Of course if someone comes forward and issues a statement that would be different, you'd no need to wait until court, but you'd have to watch what was reported did not prejudice a trial or you'd be in deep shit. You can't even get the court lists even if you are on them!!!! ANYWHERE else in the Bitish Isles they are displayed each day for any member of the public to see. This is the Isle of Fucken Man ferchrissake!!! There is one hell of a lot goes on in that Court House that YOU just ain't going to find out about that easily. My left knacker says that...........
