manxchatterbox
if the tunnel was built then there wouldn't ever be a problem with air operators pulling out...

torchy
Do not worry colleagues. It is the Manx Government "Open Skies" policy. You can still phone Ronaldsway Airport and enquire if they have bookings for sea gulls.
Foxtrotlima
Well, I for one will not be sad to see BNW go out of business. I have posted this one before, but the ineptitude of the pilot beggars belief. Belfast City to IOM, and the dork manages to go right off the end of the runway. Needless to say, I haven't flown since. Glad to see the back of BNW tbh

Glad to see the back of BNW tbh I was wondereing who the hell BNW were. I'd never heard of them until I heard thery were no longer flying (great PR fellas) Due to the open skies policy I'm sure they'll be replaced - probably by an eastern european outfit running a DC3 Dakota between Ronaldsway and an RAF base near Blackburn. Exactly the sort of old shitequality we've succeded in attracting since manx airlines was sold.
Politician
I think BNWA's pricing structure might have had something to do with their demise. £95 for a 20 minute flight to Blackpool in a light aircraft? The phrase "surely you jest, sir" sprang to mind.
