Whilst I would never doubt your statement, I think the Coast/River Guard were probably exagerating, just a tingy wingy little bit on Manx Radio regarding the 50 yards stream rescue!!!!!! AlexMcC Posted December 22, 2006 Share Posted December 22, 2006 Civil Defence and Coastguard are seperate, but all do training etc together with mountain resuce as well, so you will sometiems see mountain rescue down the side of a cliff resucing someone.
