Gladys
We had this through our family like the proverbial dose of salts over Christmas. Very nasty, all that can be done is just to get through it. It was accompanied with a headache, griping sore stomach and the usual rearguard action. I also passed out with it, so if anyone is struck with an upset tummy, take it seriously and get into bed with a bucket! The real nasty side seems to last for no more than 8 to 12 hours from our experience.
