matty
Gagged??? Have the Manx taxpayers been 'done-over' ? This is imperative that the public should know if any of 'our' money has been paid to end the contract with a company run by liars link if the contract has been ended due to the incompetence of this company, then IMHO not one penny of tax payers money should be paid out!!!! Link Link I'm disgusted by the lack of transparency and 'open government' here!!!
guardone
Purely a guess, but instead of paying out to the end of the contract, the gag was agreed in order to close out without further payment. Surely these financial agreements are subject to audit and public examination?

Tango
I was going to and had started a rant of my own but I can't be arsed. MFS is no longer. Let's just hope the company that has taken over can sort out the mess that is childcare on the Isle of Man.
