The people who want to buy the rumble pad i was talking too .. not whinging 360 fanboys...

I use wheels with racing games and they have always rumbled so not bothered meself.

ps. This is a demo of a demo and it already blows everything away visually ive seen on my 360.. by an absolute mile and a half. If only all developers were as good as the japs.

Wow - the PS3 now has a "demo of a demo" - please forgive me whilst I wank myself stupid.

In the meantime, I'll stick to porn and my 360.

If anyone likes gran turismo. You can setup a jap account and download the gt 5 prologue demo. Just did it and it is AMAZING and the graphics are like cgi. Looks like it supports the rumble pad to.

It certainly looks fantastic, as do the old gt games, but it's a bit of a worry how they've not really added much to the series, while other racers have moved on. Still your customisations don't change the appearance of the car significantly, still no damage, still retarded AI. It just looks like the same game in a pretty dress.

Have you played it?

The demo doesnt have customisations,

i agree no damage is gay, but pgr4 doesnt have damage either and thats a good game.

As for retarded AI. Thats wrong.

Ive only played the demo for a few hours but the AI is no longer on scripted paths like the old games. If you take the inside line they give way and go wide. You take the outside line and cut in and they slow and dont hit u. Its very impressive. Ive also seen cars go off nowhere near me. Thats something i hate about pgr4. Ive never seen an AI crash on their own.

Also there are 16 cars racing... I know that doesnt sound that impressive to non racing gamers. But its alot more than in forza/pgr/old gts and it makes for more exciting realistic racing in my book.

As for the interior view ... Its excellent, so good that im using that view to race. I cant stand the inside view in pgr4 the pillar blocks the entire view near enough but in the demo of gt5p its spot on.

Just got to work out how to add money to my jap account so i can buy this next month..

Yes it does, but it's as limited as it's always been. That said it's also always been an arcade racer not a realistic sim game so completely irrelevant comparison.

This is an incar ingame screenshot from the demo that is up now. (screenshot from n4g.com)

Is it me or does the background look tosh in that screen shot. Is the PS3 hardware running the in car and the PS2 hardware (compatible models only) running the backdrop, to boost performance?
