Iran: A War Is Coming

Bibi isn’t acting out a pantomime he genuinely fears an intractable enemy is threatening the existence of his country and is prepared to go to war to stop it.

No trivialising. Many thousands could die if Iran or Israel miscalculate.

"Miscalculate"...that is one way to describe the war crimes he and his government have committed.

I'm not part of this pantomime here.

Yes pongo, apologies. In error I put you into the box and couldn't remove it before posting for some reason. The software wouldn't allow it...

It is because it is a nuclear power but doesn’t get the get-out-of-jail-free card the 5 established nuclear powers built in to the npt so they could ignore it disarmament provisions.

Just like India.

Why haven't israel signed the npt?

Having no nuclear power stations, for which the NPT was originally devised, Israel had no reason to sign anything.

At the same time, why does Iran, which has a nuclear power station, and a signatory to the treaty, continue to flout the rules on its nuclear weapons development?

Same difference.

The info on the NPT is out there for perusal. Ya know, the facts.

The overwhelming obstacle to a two state solution is that the moment the "Palestinian" state was recognised treaties between it and a host of Arab nations would be entered into, the Palest terrorists  would launch attacks against Israel who would then have to respond, the treaties would be triggered and all hell would break out.

That's quite a few if's but's and maybe's there Rog. A two state solution is the only solution, how we arrive there is the stumbling block.
