If it had been previously been fed and 'looked after', someone somewhere knows where they have seen such a dog - and is not there now - so could perhaps identify the owner. Last count they had over £3000 and growing! They are now going to split any money raised between the MSPCA and individuals who can provide information leading to an arrest. Fantastic idea! It's deeply scary that people walking around, sharing the same space as you and I, can be so evil. I agree with Idlewilde, it seems a good idea to share a reward between the MSPCA and the person who points a finger at this/these excuses for humanity. I also hope they get caught and perhaps lobotomised. That said, if they'd done it to a chav or scally I wouldn't be complaining quite so much.....
