I do not recall it being on this forum in the local newspapers or on radio or in the Sefton Group's Annual Report to shareholders - so IMO it couldn't be a "well known fact". So, please tell us all how you know, and how this "fact" of yours can be confirmed. Er... it's been in the paper and on MR. It's also well known the same group owns another hotel and has just spent about £100m on property in Douglas. Although, of course, there is a massive conspiracy to cover up all property ownership involving all news media outlets and the government. That's why you're the lone rebel voice of dissent, coming out from the shadows only to reveal startling shiny fact to an ignorant public.
