nessa Posted February 26, 2007 Share Posted February 26, 2007 Although I am not on the island - I think many Policing Forces the world over are being encouraged to network and develop/evolve more extensively .... and this can only be good news for everybody imho Relationships with communities is vital and can make a huge huge difference to quality of life .... so I hope there is lots of interest and support given More formal systems for liasing with Interpol and other professionals is also something I would promote nowadays eg multidisciplinary and specialist service or crime teams etc Good strong supportive employment practices for officers and their families is another area which can make a difference to everybody else as well imho Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
