Not sure where you can buy it but you could try making it instead :)

Buttermilk is okay - but very sour milk is the real deal!

 

If you can't get sour milk you can substitute with sour cream, much more readily available.

 

I find that starting the bonnag off in the microwave then finishing in a hot oven gives a good light result.
