The Manx government starts giving businesses "champions" status in a bid to promote the island.

How is it the government's place to say which businesses are best or not? Seems a bit off, government shouldn't be favouring any businesses IMO. A complementary report at the end of a contract/tender is as far as it should go.

Maybe the 'fee' that Manx Telecom pays for this honour would have paid for its telephone books to be taken off the island for recycling.
