That's what I meant, leave it alone and have some proper planning.

But you are contradicting yourself cheeky boy, because if you mean they are to leave it alone then you wouldn't need planning!

Where does the planning come into this??

Listen it matters not who said what and what they meant, this is quite serious. I, for one, feel very srtongly about them putting more crappy cardboard box houses on the train route. Who is in charge of these muppets? are they govt Gonzo's or Council Sweedish Chef's?

When I was a kid, I often used to play in the area that is now proposed for the new golf course. At that time, the soil was crumbling into the river at the slightest touch. I wouldn't have thought it was really suitable for building houses on without a great deal of expensive work being carried out first - hence, I assume, the offer the offer to swap with the existing course.

The deal, IMO, would benefit the developer far more than it would the golfers.

You certainly may have meant it in your own little mind, but you did not portray it to us!

Next time I talk to you cheek boy, I will get my crystal ball out of the cupboard

Regarding taking the Piss, chill out cheeky boy.
