Tempus Fugit Posted April 11, 2007 Share Posted April 11, 2007 Blue Ranger, customs RIB is up for sale, but it seems they want it sold quick, tenders close on 20th April and a decision will be made in the week following, not necessarily the highest bidder, but depending who is bidding !. Question : In the current economic climate should it be sold to the highest bidder, or should it be marketed further afield to get the best price, or just sold to a particular person for whatever reason irrespective of the bid ? sounds like it's open to a bit of dealing going on there somewhere, nudge nudge, wink wink what do you think ? Oh i do hope so, who is the secretary handling all the form submissions, a bunch of flowers, box of chocolates and some frivilous flirting and maybe she would lose all the other tenders and i could end up with a nice new sports fishin boat for the summer.
