I view this amnesty as a shot across the bows before it gets low down and dirty. Oh well, at least Dick Turpin had the decency to wear a mask..... When Skies Are Grey Posted April 23, 2007 Share Posted April 23, 2007 Anyone who simply opened an offshore bank account in their own name without proper structuring and subsequent disclosure deserves to get nicked for being so stupid!!! Perhaps Mr Brown's time would be better served looking at the UK's own residency and domicile laws with a view to taxation to fill the pensions void.
