FCMR
In Tynwald this week in reply to a question from Mrs Hannan, Mr Richard E Grant stated that a Government worker has been suspended for five years on full pay. Richard also revealed that nine Government employees are currently suspended on full pay. One worker has been suspended for 33 months, one for 23 months, one for 11 months and 5 for up to 5 months. FCMR
Why did Mrs Hannan ask the CM this question, should it have not been asked of the AG and for what reason they had been suspended B)
manxman8180
No, in fact it should have been asked to Mr Houghton (who I believe is chair of the Civil Service Commission), but apparently he was busy outside picking up the dummy he spat out yesterday. Nothing to do with the AG.
Observer
A five year suspension on full pay isn't bad eh? I'd take the 23 month one... hell, even the 5 month one sounds great!
