gilf_uk Posted April 25, 2007 Share Posted April 25, 2007 The food is fabulous - but it's only as strong as the staff that they have in there, and the people that they have in the kitchen. Anyone eating out over here will know that it's hit and miss, and food at Havana was most defo a miss before (in my opinion, but because the kitchen was so far away from upstairs and there was never enough staff on so it would sit on the service tray downstairs or in the lift for ten minutes and be cold before reaching you). I will, however, be trying it out - I am a big fan of eggs benedict but have yet to find anywhere on the island that cooks is right (last attempt was Harbour Lights in Ramsey which was less than good).
