Don't the electorate in Michael realise they have to get David Cannan or another MHK elected who can be a Minister so they can get what they need? Maybe Dandara should be told to foot the bill in providing a new surgery and the funding its operation in return for the residents dropping the objection to the land exchange. David Cannan is the MHK for Michael, which includes Kirk Michael and Jurby. In many prisons the lads released get themselves nicked again pretty quickly as it is much easier to get heroin inside than out and then again there are better facilities with tv's, bingo, gymns.
