However he says he has every confidence in Mrs Penn's abilities, and adds he's looking forward to a better relationship all-round between Treasury and the FSC.From IOM Online Mrs Penn was appointed as the deputy chairman of the FSC in June 2001. She is a barrister at law and a former law lecturer, and has been a magistrate since 1967.
