%age
I must say, I think the Steam Packet really are missing Geoff Corkish since he left the company to become an MHK for Douglas West. He had a way with words as the Steam Packet Director of Communications (or whatever the title was). He could have explained the situation off to make however many thousand people who had been apparently inconvenienced, really believe that in fact they should be thankful to the Steam Packet that they were even on the ferry at all. They would probably even believe they were special for it and end up having an even better holiday, with a tale to tell of their journey too. A master with the words and the charm is Geoff. Surely wasted as a Politician on the Isle of Man, he is capable of far better. I bet he misses his old job now!
