Speckled Frost
Good to see some forward thinking. Who, by God, would want to see more homes in the Island and better school facilities? If government continues to bow to nimbyism there will be no progress. Of course, nearby residents (including oparents) don't want more houses nearby. I don't know the details of the housing scheme and perhaps the development was inappropriate anyhow, but I hope the government isn't just appeasing locals to score short-term political points at the expense of long-term necessity.
