If any rich guy who is getting on a bit and has £7.5M to spare - this would be a much respected and admired legacy to leave behind - which when she is done up could last another 100 years. She would also make an excellent bar/restaurant docked in Douglas e.g. behind Bushy's tent - and could also become a living museum run by MNH. THere is, however, a big vat of steamy pisspoo under the car park in one of the several holding tanks. There are others along the prom too.
