copycat Posted June 19, 2007 Share Posted June 19, 2007 Apparently there has been a Will done by one of our very wealthy retired residents bequething enough money to set up a botanical gardens - Dept of Ag Fish & Forestry are already rubbing their hands as to where the location will be and how they can get in on the act - unfortunately for them the Will also says a charitable foundation independent of government has to be set up to administer the funds and the site for the public good - and apparently MNH won't get a look in either so they will be disappointed particularly as the site is near Tynwald, St Johns (oops).
